Let me start by saying that I'm not a Chef, I've had barely 2 weeks hospitality experience in my life! But what I do enjoy is making food that I find interesting and making content that I can be proud of.

Like you, the last few years has had its ups and downs. For me, I've had two career changes, relationships changes, fear, uncertainty and doubt. But like you, we have all had to adapt. We've all had to find joy and happiness in the simple things. The things we can control.

And cooking is as simple or as complicated as you want it to be. Whether it's your quick secret bolognaise sauce or an elaborate feast that surprises everyone. What's important, is cooking food that you enjoy eating, and cooking food that you enjoy sharing.
