White Sauce Salmon

Ingredients
4 piece of salmon skin on
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon of olive oil
15g butter
1.5 cups chicken stock
1.5 cups cream
1 teaspoon Dijon
1 lemon
Directions
Roughly chop two cloves of garlic and a bunch of chives.
Salt the salmon, and skin side down into a pan on medium, flip after 5 minutes and set aside.
This rich sauce, is butter, the garlic, chicken stock, cream, and a little cheeky Dijon.
Salmon back into the pan. Spoon over the sauce.
