The favourite pasta dish but butter..

Ingredients
1 garlic clove, minced
1 shallot, minced
2 heaped tbsp of tomato paste
1 tbsp of chilli flakes
30 ml vodka
250 g butter
1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
2 big pinches of salt
Directions
Add onion and garlic to pan on low and sweat for a few minutes
Add tomato paste and chilli flakes, continuing to cook for 1 minute
Add vodka to pan, and flambe if desired
Add stick of butter and salt and slowly melt
Meanwhile fill a bowl with ice and in a separate bowl pour in melted butter mixture. Place the butter bowl over the ice and continue to whisk adding parmesan cheese in batches until butter cools and hardens.
