Aglio Olio e Pepperoncino

Not the traditional version but none the less this is delicious

Ingredients
225 gram spaghetti
6 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
2 small red chillis, thinly sliced
1 fist full of parsley, finely chopped
1 lemon
Parmesan cheese to taste
Directions
Add spaghetti to pot of boiling salted water
Chop garlic, chilli and add to pan with olive oil, continue to cook but don’t burn
Chop parsley, turn heat off pan and add in spaghetti once cooked, toss to coat spaghetti with oil
Add parsley, and fresh olive oil, toss again
Add lemon and half the parmesan cheese, and pasta water, toss again
Add more parmesan and pasta water, toss again
Add more pasta water if required, toss again
